Non-Alcoholic Piña Colada

From the Family of Mocktails (no alcohol)

Summer is one of the best times of the year. It's the perfect time for spending a day at the beach; the best time to visit relatives and friends; and the best time to invite some friends over for a barbecue or poolside party.

Of course, a party will not be complete without some deliciously refreshing drinks. To help chase away the summer heat, a non-alcoholic alternative like the Virgin Piña Colada is the perfect choice.

This cocktail's mixture of tropical fruit flavors make it truly delectable and thirst quenching. The Virgin Piña Colada's pineapple and orange combination, blended with ice, is perfect for cooling down on an extremely hot summer day. Best of all, it's non-alcoholic, so you can have as many refills as you want!

Piña Colada

  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
  • 1 can sliced pineapple, drained, reserve juice
  • 1 (8-oz.) bottle maraschino cherries
  • ice cubes

In blender, combine pineapple juice, cream of coconut, juice from canned pineapple and ice. Blend until ice is crushed. Pour into tall glasses. Put a slice of pineapple on rim of glass and pin a cherry on the pineapple slice with a toothpick.
